ABOUT THE DISC & RECORDINGS:

This is the 1973 "two-fer" edition that was part of MGM Records' special gatefold two record reissues of their soundtracks. Nothing new here aside from the packaging. These were the last editions on LP prior to the mid-1980s and MCA Classics' release of several MGM Records' soundtracks on LP, CD and cassette.

The sides on these two records are set up to play in order of sides on a "stackable" record player. The records are stacked, then the first side of each record is played, then they're flipped over so the remaining two sides play.
