This 1970s bootleg album is the only "soundtrack album" released for these two films.

Obviously recorded directly from the soundtrack of the the actual films, the sound quality is "iffy" at best. Interestingly, only side one with the songs from Pigskin Parade are separated out into tracks. Side two (Everybody Sing) is not separated out, playing as one long track. There are no track listings anywhere on the album. The back of the album is blank.

Pigskin Parade is Judy's first feature film, and the only time during her 15 years at MGM that she would ever be loaned out to another studio (20th Century-Fox). Judy filmed her scenes and recorded her songs for the film during the months of August & September, 1936. Judy recorded and filmed "It's Love I'm After", "The Texas Tornado", & "The Balboa". She also recorded "Hold That Bulldog" but it was cut from the lineup and never filmed. It can be found on.

The pre-recording of "The Texas Tornado" in on the Rhino CD "Judy Garland In Hollywood: Her Greatest Movie Hits" (R275292 released in 1998 and still available). The pre-recordings of "The Texas Tornado" and "It's Love I'm After" are on the 1997 Smithsonian/BMG boxed set "Star Spangled Rhythm" (BMG Special Products RD 111 DMC 4-1450).
