ABOUT THE DISC & RECORDINGS:

This is the rare "picture disc" version of the LP "Judy Garland In Concert - San Francisco". Only 150 copies were made of the picture disc version.  Instead of packaging the picture disc inside the album, the picture disc version was sold with the standard album sleeve on the bottom, a white paper inner sleeve, and the picture disc on top.  This copy is still in the priginal shrinkwrap and has never been opened. Because of this, we have no idea if the same artwork is on the other side or if it is just plain vinyl.

This release is misleading. Most of the tracks are not from Judy singing in San Francisco. Most are from the 1967 "Judy At The Palace" album, a few are from Judy's 1952 appearance in San Francisco, California at the Curran Theater.

This was executive produced by Judy's ex-husband Sid Luft, who would become "notorious" for releasing albums that were mis-represented, such as listing a song as "live" when in fact it would be a studio recording with applause added.
