ABOUT THE DISC & RECORDINGS:

On December 2, 1946, two years after the release of Meet Me In St. Louis, the original cast reunited to perform an adaptation of the movie for CBS Radio's Lux Radio Theatre for the holiday season.

This recording was taken from the dress rehearsal the night before the broadcast. No recording survives of the actual broadcast.

This performance is available as a part of the CD set "The Smithsonian presents Judy Garland" released in 2005 by Radio Spirits, Inc.
