This 1982 "budget" album is a good representation of the many low-priced records of Judy's Decca recordings that were released in the 1970's/80's and found in discount stores such a Target or K-Mart. A nice compilation of Judy's early Decca work.

All of these songs can be found on the 1994 CD boxed set "Judy Garland - The Complete Decca Masters (plus)."
