This 2002 CD release combines Judy's first two
albums on one CD. Previously, "Miss Show Business" had only been
available on the long out of print 1989 Capitol CD (#CDP
7-92344-2). "Judy" had also been released by Capitol on
CD in 1989 (#CDP-7-92345-5) and in 2001 as part of a "Two In
One" by EMI Records, Ltd (#7243-5-33086-2-9/LC-0542). The
sound quality is not as good as this CD, as EMI used the album
tapes rather than the original session tapes.
The 1989
CD release of "Judy" contains a bonus track of "I'm
Old Fashioned" (recorded
03-26-1956 but not included in the original album release),
that has since not been included in any of the subsequent releases
of the album on CD.
