ABOUT THE DISC & RECORDINGS:

This is the only soundtrack album devoted to Thousands Cheer ever be released. It has not been released on CD, although many of the songs from the film can be found on some of the Rhino CD compilations released over the years.

Judy appeared as herself in a guest spot during the "USO Show" that came at the end of the film. This was the first time Judy would make an appearance in a film as herself. The only other time was in the Hollywood party sequence in 1948's Words And Music.

Judy's prerecording for Cheer are on the Rhino CD "Judy Garland - Collector's Gems from the M-G-M Films".
