ABOUT THE DISC & RECORDINGS:

This LP was recorded live on February 24, 1952 at Judy's final performance in her legendary box office record-breaking 1951-52 New York Palace engagement. The album also includes the often-documented "Goodbye To Judy" from the audience, which began with Lauritz Melchior leading the audience in singing Auld Lang Syne to an audibly touched Judy.

This recording is also available on CD as part of the 1999 2-disc "Judy Duets" released by Judy's late ex-husband Sid Luft and, in typical Luft fashion, the songs are in a different order than what was actually presented, although the sound quality is much better than the original LP of the event.
