ABOUT
THE DISC & RECORDINGS:
This is Decca's second "Cast Album" based on
a Garland film. Most of the arrangements are markedly
different than
those that appear in the film, although "Could You Use
Me?" is almost identical. Judy's version of "But Not For
Me" is a little more "up tempo", probably to appeal to the
audiences of the day who were more interested in music with
a more "swing" or "band" style.

Note: The complete album was not released on LP until DRG Records,
Inc. included it as part of their 1979 release "Judy
Garland - The Beginning".
Judy's songs are included in the 1994 MCA (Decca) CD boxed
set "Judy Garland
- The Complete Decca Masters (plus)."
