This is one of
the rarest of all of Garland's
Decca albums. Very hard to
find these days. This album had a limited release during the holiday
season of 1942.
The two Garland recordings
can be found on the
1994 MCA (Decca) CD boxed set "Judy
Garland - The Complete Decca Masters
(plus)". Both were performed with husband David Rose's Orchestra.
Rose also provided the orchestra
for Tony Martin's recordings, made
on the same day as Judy's recordings. Although they didn't sing together
here, Judy and Tony had previously
worked together in MGM's 1941 musical
Ziegfeld Girl.
