THE DISC & RECORDINGS:
A well-done two-LP compilation in gatefold
packaging. Nice liner notes, although they're uncredited.
This set is noted as "Electronically enhanced for stereo
effect", which usually meant that one channel of the stereo
had a high bass, while the other side had a high treble.
This was a common practice in the 1960's through the 1980's to
make mono recordings sound more "stereo".
All recordings are from Judy's Capitol studio albums, except
"When You're Smiling" which
is from the live Carnegie
Hall album.
Oddly enough, this two record set does not list the sides
as 1 through 4. Each record is given a "Side 1" and "Side
2", and listed inside the gatefold as shown below.
