Although this film was
loaded with guest stars, Judy did not actually make an appearance.
Rather, her song was used in the film for guest stars Shirley
Jones and Dan Dailey to dance to. Recorded in April of 1960 the
song went on to be nominated for the Academy Award (see image
at right), but lost to "Never On Sunday" from the film of the
same name.
The song first appeared on CD in 1992 on the bootleg issue
"The Definitive Judy
Garland". Out of print for
years, the soundtrack album was finally released in 2000
on CD by Collector's Choice Music (#CCM-113-2) with the exact
same cover art as the original album shown above.
