SPRING 2009:
Scott Schechter, the publisher of "Garlands for Judy", died tragically and quite suddenly on May 15, 2009.
I'm keeping the "Garlands for Judy" info here as a tribute to him.

Now over 10 years old, "Garlands For Judy" is a wonderful publication produced by noted Judy Garland/Liza Minnelli expert, author & producer Scott Schechter.
