This
first appearance of "Judy At Carnegie Hall" on CD was also
the first and only time the concert was released in an abridged
format.
The CD market was just beginning to boom in 1986, and Capitol
unwisely decided to take the cheap route and issue this abridged
version. Needless to say, fans were outraged. Capitol received
many letters of protest, and they finally released the complete
album on two CDs in 1989.
Although this abridged CD is a travesty, it's listed here for
historical purposes. Plus, this single CD edition is now a
collector's item.
