This
wonderful 2-CD set contains the premier CD release of the
recordings Judy's last husband, Mickey Deans, made of her
last concert tour. The concert was Judy's last public performance
(March 25, 1969), although the album "Judy.London.1969" claims
that distinction.
The last track, "Am I Blue" is actually a rehearsal for a
never-realized tour with Johnny Ray, who
was Judy's opening
act for the Scandinavian tour.
The first disc in this set is a recording of Judy's Palace
Tour at the Curran Theater in San Francisco, June 22, 1952
although the CD mistakenly states that it's "May 1952" (Judy
was at the Curran from May 26th through June 22nd).
This set contains a nicely done 24 page booklet with photos
and an essay by Alan Eichler.
